Privacy Policy
Happy Halloween Wallpaper
Effective date: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Happy Halloween Wallpaper (“the App”).
Information handled by the App
The App does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, address, contacts, or payment information. Favorites and unlocked wallpapers are stored locally on your device. Cloudflare R2 may process technical information, such as your IP address and requested files, to deliver wallpapers. If you contact support, we receive the information included in your message.
Advertising and consent
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads (for example, to unlock wallpapers). Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, advertising identifiers (when permitted), approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to show, measure, and improve ads—including personalized ads where allowed.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App may present Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form on launch. Ads are requested only after consent requirements allow it. You can also manage advertising and tracking preferences in iOS Settings. Depending on your location, advertising-related processing may be treated as targeted advertising or sharing under applicable law. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Photo Library
The App requests add-only Photo Library access when you choose to save a wallpaper. It does not read, browse, or upload your existing photos. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings.
How information is used
- Deliver and save wallpapers
- Remember favorites and unlocks
- Display and measure ads
- Confirm rewarded-ad completion
- Maintain security and resolve technical issues

Third-party services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads for advertising and Cloudflare R2 for wallpaper hosting. These services process information under their own policies:
Google may work with additional ad technology partners disclosed in the UMP consent form when it is shown.
Your choices
- Manage Photo Library, advertising, and App Tracking Transparency choices in iOS Settings
- Where a UMP consent form is shown, accept, decline, or manage the options presented there
- Delete the App to remove locally stored favorites, unlocks, and preferences
- Contact us about eligible privacy requests, including access or deletion where required by law
Data retention and security
Local preferences remain on your device until changed or the App is deleted. Google and Cloudflare retain information under their own policies. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no digital service can guarantee complete security.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when an update is published.
